Sixteen stations simultaneously running at 1KW output puts a large demand on any power supply - too large for the Captain Cook Hotel.  Two 11KVA diesel generators will be taken to augment the hotel power supply.  Note one of these generators is available for purchase at a substantial discount at the end of the DXpedition, the other having already been sold.
